Do not take the lord’s name in vain, but can you go anywhere today and not hear His name profaned? How often is our lord called upon to inflict distress rather than to bring love? Do you keep holy the Lord’s Day by attending mass on Sunday? By taking time to reflect on your faith and values? Or even to pray?</p> <p><span style="color: #000080;">Challenge: Perhaps you need to clean up your language. Or think carefully about the words you use and the meanings behind them. Consider your attendance at church. How might you personally do more to live these two commandments.</span></p>
