If you have a family member or if you know of a parishioner who would like to receive communion but is unable to attend Mass because of sickness or infirmity, please do not hesitate to call the rectory at (312) 644-0036. Not only are our priests available for home visits, but we have a number of parishioners who have completed the Archdiocesan training program for Ministers of Care, and they would be happy to bring communion to the sick person on a regular basis.
