Did you feel persecuted this first week because of the challenges?  The 8th beatitude is Blessed are they that suffer persecution for justice’s sake. Thinking back on your week were there opportunities to act that you ignored? Can you remember one instance when you provided justice? Consider are you kinder, edgier, happier, guiltier, more persecuted, more relaxed? Meditate on your emotions in relation to the Beatitudes. Could you have done more?
