Parish Prayer Walk

The Evangelization Team invites you to a Parish Prayer Walk on Sunday, June 28 at 11:30am. Prayer Walks are a centuries-old tradition that merge walking with prayer and contemplation of God’s presence in the world. The walk will take approximately 45 minutes and involves crossing streets and walking up and down stairs. We will begin in the Garden and walk to three different locations nearby to pray and reflect on various intentions. and will conclude with a continental breakfast. Join the group for some fun, spiritual  exercise!

Plenary Indulgence

2026 marks the 300th anniversary of the canonization of St. Peregrine, the fourteenth century Servite Friar known as The Cancer Saint. During the Jubilee Year, pilgrims may obtain a plenary indulgence by visiting a Servite church or shrine (like Assumption), spending time in Eucharistic Adoration, saying the Our Father and the creed, and invoking the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Peregrine.
